PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Environmental Authorization application, on behalf of Thaba Sands and Aggregate (Pty)Ltd. Notice is hereby given in terms of EIA Regulation41(2)(c) of the regulations, under the Environmental Management Act,1998(Act no.107 of 1998). This is also a notice of acceptance for the application of mining permit in terms of section 27 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resource Development Act 28 of 2002(MPRDA). Thaba Sands and Aggregate (Pty)Ltd applied for a mining permit to mine for Aggregate, Gravel, Sand General, Sand Manufactured from Hardrock and Silica Sand (General) in terms of the section 27 of the MPRDA, the application covers a portion of farm Mooivalei 342 KQ LP 30/5/1/3/2/13560 MP Located in the Magisterial District of Waterberg (Thabazimbi). You can be involved in the public participation process by sending an email with your name and contact details, stating your concern/questions relating to proposed project. You can also provide us with names of additional people that can be contacted. All correspondence which is received within 30 days from the day of notice will be submitted to (DMPR). All issues raised by interested and affected parties during public participation process will be responded to in writing. This includes all parties who will be affected by the project and interested in the mining project.
