Die verkoop sluit verder die Plaas, die geboue en vaste verbeterings daarop, alle wild wat op die Plaas op die Oordragdatum geleë is, die roerende bates en die ander bates en regte soos in die koopkontrak gespesifiseer, in. Die voorgenome verkoop en oordrag sal nie minder nie as 30 (dertig) dae en nie meer nie as 60 (sestig) dae na die datum van publikasie van die laaste van die kennisgewings wat ingevolge artikel 34(1) van die Insolvensiewet vereis word, plaasvind. NOTICE OF HERITAGE CONSULTATION REGARDING A BURIAL SITE IN TERMS OF SECTION 36 AND SECTION 38 OF THE NATIONAL HERITAGE RESOURCES ACT (ACT 25 OF 1999)
Notice is hereby given that Dwaalboom Solar 1 (RF) (Pty) Ltd proposes the development of the Dwaalboom Solar Interconnecting Grid Project and Associated Infrastructure on the Remaining Extent of Farm Einde No. 420; the Remaining Extent, Portion 6, Portion 32 (a portion of Portion 21), and Portion 33 (a portion of Portion 21) of Farm Koedoesdoorns No. 414; Registration Division KQ near Northam, within the Thabazimbi Local Municipality, Waterberg District Municipality Limpopo Province. A burial site protected under Section 36 of the National Heritage Resources Act (Act 25 of 1999) has been identified within the project area. The proposed development will not involve the exhumation, relocation, disturbance or destruction of the graves. The burial site will be retained in situ and protected through the implementation of a Site Heritage Management Plan and associated mitigation measures. The proposed powerline will span the burial site, thereby avoiding direct impacts on the graves and associated burial area. A Heritage Impact Assessment has been conducted for the Dwaalboom Solar Interconnecting Grid Project and Associated Infrastructure and final comment from SAHRA has been received. As recommended by SAHRA in the final comment, a Site Heritage Management Plan will be compiled and implemented. Section 36 of the National Heritage Resources Act protects graves and burial grounds and requires consultation with interested and affected parties, including descendants and communities with an interest in the burial site. Interested persons, descendants, family members, landowners, occupiers and any other parties with an interest in the burial site are invited to submit comments, concerns, objections or additional information regarding the proposed development and management of the burial site.
