Woman injured in R510 rollover

The Ford Ranger came to rest on its side next to the R510 near Limberg Mine. The driver was transported to hospital with moderate injuries.

Platinum Bushvelder newspaper | Thabazimbi – A woman sustained moderate head and neck injuries when the Ford Ranger she was driving overturned on the R510 near Limberg Mine on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

Thaba Fire and Rescue received the emergency call at approximately 13:00 and responded to the scene.

The woman, who was the bakkie’s only occupant, is believed to have lost control before the vehicle overturned and came to rest beside the road.

Netcare 911 transported her to hospital for further medical treatment.

The cause of the accident remains unknown.

Thaba Fire and Rescue, Netcare 911, Trauma Rescue, State Ambulance and the Limpopo Provincial Traffic Department attended the scene.
