The road to self-improvement never stops, whether you are growing emotionally, physically or mentally, it is an ongoing process of constant learning. Are you actively making an effort to become a better version of yourself?

• Yes, I’m making an effort to develop myself, or, 
• No, I don’t make an effort to develop myself.
• The reason for your answer.
• A recent photo of yourself (optional) – that we can publish with your answer.
• Your contact details.

If you don’t want your answers to be in the newspaper, just reply to the question: YES/ NO. 
The results of the votes will be published in our next issue.
