Old age home needs your help

Thabazimbi – A newly established old age home intending to open their doors soon, requests the assistance of non-governmental organisations or anyone who can find it within their hearts, to help.

Baletetswe Batsofe Old Age Home, located in Thabazinbi, can accommodate 40 elderly people. While it intends to open its doors at the end of June 2021, several challenges need to be addressed to enable the facility, which is in dire need of repair and maintenance, to provide care and support to elderly members of the community.

Those responsible for running the home are already taking care of six people and call on the community to donate paint, doors, windows, knitting equipment, bedding material, and blankets.
