Recycling for a better future!

Thabazimbi – On Friday 16 April the Thabazimbi Local Municipality (TLM) concluded what turned out to be a successful recycling entrepreneurship training. The training, which was hosted by the solid waste unit in partnership with RecyclePaperZA, was conducted over four days to empower local entrepreneurs with knowledge about recycling. Upon completion of the training, participants were handed certificates of attendance by TLM mayor councillor John Michael Fischer. The municipality is grateful to Joe Peu of RecyclePaperZA, Faith Masiya from the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DEFF), the TLM solid waste team as well as participants from various units of the municipality who participated in the training.
