Police have gathered that the victim was murdered before his body was burned. “The decomposing remains were discovered by a herdsman on Sunday 10 January along the R101 road next to the railway crossing – already in a state of decomposition,” said police spokesperson lieutenant colonel Mamphaswa Seabi.
