HAVE YOUR SAY: Would you say something if someone skipped the queue?

In South Africa, we queue for almost everything — at clinics, hospitals, the police, government offices, even to pay bills. It’s frustrating when someone jumps the line. But would you speak up, or stay silent to avoid conflict? Let us know how you’d handle it.
