Missing person alert: Israel Diboko

Thabazimbi/ Regorogile – Local authorities are urgently seeking assistance from the community in locating 65-year-old Israel Diboko, a resident of Regorogile Extension 4, who has been missing since Friday 2 February 2024. 

Sergeant Maphure Manamela reports that Israel Diboko left his home with the intent of visiting a local pharmacy healthcare centre in town to collect his medication. Concerns grew when he failed to return, prompting his family to report his absence to the police, who have since launched a comprehensive search. Efforts to trace Mr. Diboko led the police and his family to a farm close to his last known location, where he had previously lived. It was discovered there that he had departed the farm without indicating his intended destination, leaving his current whereabouts unknown.

At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Diboko was observed wearing black trousers, a black jacket, a blue golf shirt, and formal black shoes. 

The Thabazimbi Police Department urges anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to come forward to assist in locating Mr. Diboko.
