YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! 

Thabazimbi – The Thabazimbi Homeless Shelter started its ongoing daily meal initiative on Tuesday 1 August 2023. This initiative helps those in need by serving meals every day between 13:00 and 14:00. The only condition is that there will be no takeaways, but if you need something to fill your tummy, you are welcome to have a seat. Depending on availability, the shelter also helps the less fortunate with clothing and blankets. 
    
You can help this initiative by: 

  • Contributing soup or stew ingredients
  • Vegetables 
  • Porridge 
  • Donating bread and/or butter
  • Donating clothing and/or blankets
  • Volunteering your time to help prepare and serve the food 
  • Or by making a financial contribution 
  • Such acts of kindness foster a sense of hope and unity, and positively impact the lives of those who need help.
