Pirates and Chiefs resume rivalry

SA – The FNB Stadium will be the venue of the hugely anticipated Nedbank Cup semi-final clash between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.  


The two teams—who are among the giants of South African soccer—will play against each other on Saturday 6 May 2023.


While the current form points towards a Pirates win, anything is possible in soccer. Kaizer Chiefs fans will be hoping that their favourite team defies the odds by emerging victorious.   
There are just four teams left in the 2023 Nedbank Cup competition, and the winner of this match will progress to the final. 


The other semi-final, which will feature Stellenbosch FC and Sekhukhune United, will be played on Sunday 7 May 2023 at Danie Craven Stadium. 
The winner of this match will also progress to the final, where they will face either Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates.
