A new pair of shoes

Thabazimbi – Chrome Mine Primary School learners received brand new school shoes on Thursday 30 September.

Many learners have to walk long distances to school and back – often without shoes. During the winter months they have to face the cold bare feet and in summer the scorching ground or mud puddles.

This donation from Standard Bank will go a long way to assist underprivileged learners who have to walk to school barefoot or with broken shoes.
