Turn down the music!
[Letter to the editor]
I am a proud resident and business owner in Thabazimbi. Since the lockdown regulations have been implemented, I have been following them diligently.
When curfew strikes, I make sure that I am off the streets and in my house.
However, the music from the local taverns and bars often blasts until the early hours of the morning. If they are closed – as they are supposed to be – who are they playing the music for?
They just keep on partying… and the next day… it’s rubbish everywhere! I can’t be the only one hearing them, so why is no one intervening?
Tired of the Party
