These tenders will be evaluated in terms of the following criteria locality, BBBEE ownership, functionality, price and preference points system. Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders: 1. B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 contributor. 2. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE). 3. Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). 4. An award will only be given to preferred tenderers that are: 5. Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID). 6. Tax Compliant with South African Revenue Service (SARS). Note: Tenderers should not be a member of the Public Liaison Committee (PLC), or an employee of or affiliated to any Municipal and Government Department.
