NB: Avoid Elandskuil bridge

Thabazimbi – Motorists and pedestrians are once again reminded to not use the road to Jabulani and surrounding farms as it is closed until further notice.

Part of the Elandskuil road bridge at the Crocodile river near Thabazimbi collapsed and was swept away by the force of the flash floods coming downstream after the heavy rains in November. The bridge is dangerous and can collapse even further at given any time, so the community is urged to not attempt to cross the bridge until it has been repaired.
